Dust Mop For Wooden Floor

The best tool for hardwood floor cleaning is a dust mop, but this type of flooring and mop may be new to this type. The dust mop consists of a soft cover, a handle, and a base. The handle usually swivels that it will easily move around the floor. The cover comes with cotton and synthetic materials.

The cotton cover attracts a considerable amount of soil and dust particles. There are cleaning solutions that will help them to grab as much as they actually leave behind the residue that attracts dirt and dust but does not use them on hardwood flooring. You shake loose which you picked up, throw covers on the washing machine.

Synthetic fiber covers include threads or plastic fibers with microfiber using very thin fibers. This type of cover uses static electricity to attract more dirt and dust particles than cotton. They also shake loose or enter the washing machine for washing, they get cleaners with cleaning and last longer than natural materials. Cotton cover is cheaper than microfiber, but more often, you need to replace them how much you see in the long-eyed cost.

Despite the type of dust mop you choose, start the floor cleaning process by swinging out all runners and area rugs out, or to wash in the laundry. Place a dust mop on the floor against one wall. Keep it on the floor, work your way to the center and push the mop around the room.

Once in the center with a mop on all surfaces you can pick up the dust or broom and the soil and dust particles pushed there or vacuum as mentioned above on the beater bar. Then carefully shake your dust mop outdoors and take it to the laundry room as you demand further cleaning. Visit dustsmasher.com for more information.
